Check Out the FAQs Related to Our Pet Boarding and Grooming Services

Have a question about our boarding and grooming services? We have the answer. Check out these FAQs or fill out our request a call back form for more information!
  • What are the vaccination requirements for boarding?

All dogs who are boarding need to be current on the Rabies, Distemper, and the Bordetella vaccines. Cats need to be current on the Rabies and Feline Distemper. Feline leukemia is not required, but recommended.

  • Do I need to bring anything for my pet while boarding?

We provide food and bedding, but owners are welcome to provide their own from home. Any toys or treats that you might want to bring are also welcome.

  • Will my dog get any outside time?

All dogs are taken to the outside play yard at least once a day, and owners have the option of signing them up for any additional play time during the day if they like.

  • What do I need to do to make a reservation?

We require advance reservations for boarding, and to do so all we need from you is the desired dates and basic information about you and your dog. While we don’t require a deposit for reservations, we do ask for advance notice for date changes and/or cancellations.

  • When can I drop off and pick up my pet?

Our business hours are 8:00 am to 6:00 pm Monday through Saturday and 9:00 am to 6:00 pm every Sunday. While we are here to take care of the pets 7 days a week, we do not allow drop off or pick up on major holidays. Please have your pet dropped off for boarding by 4:00 pm at the latest to allow for time to settle in before bedtime. Our check–out time is 12:00 noon on the day of pick up. Any pet picked up after noon will be charged a full day of board.

  • Can I tour the kennel?

Not only do we allow tours of the facility, we encourage it. We do tours 7 days a week between the hours of 11:00 am and 3:00 pm. (Please don’t bring your pet at this time as it would not only stress him out, but also the other boarders and wouldn’t be an accurate representation of how he’d react in a boarding situation.) There are many different styles of boarding kennels in the area. It’s always a good idea for owners to tour as many facilities as possible in order to decide on one that’s right for their pet. Always ask to see where your pet will be staying.

  • Is there a vet on site?

We don’t have a vet on site. If your pet were to ever require vet attention, we would make every effort possible to get an appointment with your vet. If your vet is unavailable, we would take him to a nearby local vet or the emergency clinic. Before this was to happen, we would contact you or your emergency contact.

  • Where are you located?

We are on West Goldenrod Ave, which is west off of Cloverdale. That stretch of Cloverdale is found between Ustick and McMillan. Once you are heading west on West Goldenrod, we are at the end on the right.
